What is AWANA at Red Bridge Baptist Church?

RBBC AWANA is an exciting collection of clubs for boys and girls that offers
fun and excitement, while emphasizing learning. Clubbers are given
consistent, positive teaching every week. Achievement-oriented learning
stresses strong moral and spiritual values. Clubbers learn about the reality
of God, respect for others, respect for our nation, and the truth of the
Bible.
"AWANA" is an acronym for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed," based on 2
Timothy 2:15.
When is RBBC AWANA?
The AWANA year begins in September and ends in May. RBBC AWANA is held every
Wednesday (with a few exceptions) from 6:30-8:30 P.M.
What is the cost of RBBC AWANA?

For the 2008-2009 year we will be asking the clubbers to bring 50 cent dues
each club night. As an alternative to nightly dues, we are providing an
opportunity for parents to pay an up-front registration fee of $20.00 per
clubber (with a maximum cost of $60.00 per family RBBC families) $30.00 per
clubber (with a maximum cost of $90.00 per
Non RBBC families)
This money is used to
defray the cost for the many expenses associated with RBBC AWANA (i.e.
uniform awards, special events, teaching materials, office supplies,
year-end awards). PLEASE NOTE: Not only will it be cheaper for you to pay
the up-front registration fee, it will also allow you to avoid the effort
required to make sure that your clubbers have their dues each Wednesday
night.
How do I sign up for RBBC AWANA?
You can register your children prior to the start of RBBC AWANA during
designated registration times.
